Model A Project Status as of November 28, 2008:

A little bit at a time - the cold weather is good for spending time on my own stuff.  So far I found some Corvette suspension parts from another project, welded a frame together, done a bunch of fitting and aligning.  A work in progress, but as far as what comes next, we'll all just have to wait and see.
